Tree Preservation Orders (TPO)

If you have a tree within the grounds of your property and you are subject to a Tree Preservation Order (TPO), special restrictions will apply to any work carried out on the tree and you will normally require authorisation from the local Council.  If work were to be carried out without permission you could be liable for a fine.  As a responsible company we would always check that the relevant permissions have been granted; as we are also legally liable. If necessary we can negotiate approval on your behalf, or just give you some advice on how to proceed.

Below are links to two council web-sites that have further details on TPO's and their tree department contact details.
